Shipping Policy
General
If you need your order by a certain fall or winter holiday, check out my Holiday FAQ page for suggested dates!
I always ship your items with the utmost care and attention. However, sometimes a package can be damaged during shipping outside of my control. Unfortunately, I can’t be held responsible for damages that occur en route.
If you would like to have small items such as stickers or 3″ x 4″ prints sent by a regular envelope in domestic orders, select the First Class Stamped Letter option, but if you would like it sent in a rigid mailer, please select any of the other options shown in check out.
All international items are shipped in rigid mailers or padded envelopes.
Shipping Upgrades
I recommend shipping using USPS First Class Mail to keep shipping costs low, but if you would like a little extra security, I suggest upgrading to Priority Mail. Priority Mail Express is the fastest.
*Please note: If your country is currently under lockdown or will be soon, I recommend you either wait to order at a later date for the less expensive First Class Mail or use the listing option for Priority Mail since that is the only type of mail permitted between countries during lockdown. I ask that you refer to the USPS website for updates on where they can and cannot currently ship before placing your order. If your country is listed on the suspensions list, please wait to place your order when it’s available to your area.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated time for delivery within the United States: 1-2 weeks
Estimated time for delivery outside the United States: 7 to 21+ days

Shipping Delays
I do my best to get all orders shipped on time, but delays may still occur from time to time due to the nature of shipping or disability.
Please note that once a package has been shipped, it is out of my hands. I encourage you to review my Return Policy page for details before you place your order and to reach out to USPS for any issues that may arise.
International Orders
For customers outside the US, please bear in mind that you will be responsible for any and all additional charges that may or may not arise from customs duties and taxes, such as VAT. These additional charges vary by country and are usually due upon delivery.
For example, VAT, at the rate your country determines it to be, will be collected on the full value of the transaction including shipping costs, as the shipping costs are considered part of the total purchase. So if you’ve ordered an item for $25 USD with a $18 USD shipping charge, it will be $43 USD. Your country’s addition of the Value Added Tax will most likely be on the entire $43 USD order.
Please note that I currently cannot ship to the UK due to new VAT laws and regulations as a result of Brexit. I’m also unable to ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria due to US laws.
