Returns and Refunds
Hey there! If I were part of a large company and had the backing of all those resources, I would be more than happy to provide you with a refund for any purchase you make. However, working as an independent artist/small business owner is a much different experience.
At the moment, all sales will be considered final, and I appreciate your understanding!
Chargebacks and Friendly Fraud
There will be a $15.00 USD fee for any and all chargebacks.
A chargeback is where a customer goes to their bank and tells them that a charge on their account was made without the customer’s authorization. The bank will then force a refund from my account and additionally charge me a $15.00 USD fee as punishment.
If a customer does this knowingly to obtain a “refund,” this is called “Friendly Fraud,” which isn’t too friendly and is definitely theft, hence the $15.00 USD charge.
